For a few years now, I’ve been struggling w depression and recently got diagnosed with it. I talked to my mom about it, saying I’ve felt this way for a while. My dad is always at work so it’s hard to talk to him. But whenever I open up to her, she brushes it off saying “it’s just quarantine that’s ticking you” and she doesn’t believe that I’ve felt this way for a while. How do I make it clear that I need help?
